Cumulus worked with an international team to deliver the first official Polestar location in North America. Polestar Spaces are not like traditional dealerships but instead welcome clients into a no pressure environment that celebrates form and function. The Yorkville Village location is minimalistic with sleek monochromatic interiors. The atmosphere is still, like that of an art gallery, and devoid of distraction, ensuring the vehicle is the focal point.

By combining two units across two levels we were able to offer both street access and ample room to showcase multiple vehicles. A carefully concealed car lift allows for vehicles to access the multi-level space without taking away from the streamlined interior. In addition to the main retail space off Avenue Road, a Handover Centre (centre image) was added to the parking garage. This space stands out from its dark surroundings with brilliant white finishes and sleek charging station.

In addition to the Yorkville Village location Cumulus has worked with Grand Touring Automobiles to open additional Polestar Spaces including Montreal and a pop up in Laval.
