Yorkville Village Revitalization

The Yorkville Village project (formerly Hazelton Lanes) is a phased redevelopment and renovation of an urban shopping centre in the heart of Yorkville. The project includes a complete rethink of the interior layout and feature skylight, new entry and facade along Avenue Road, and the introduction of a new mall entrance along Yorkville Avenue. The result is a bright and inviting village within a village that welcomes the neighbourhood to anchor retailers such as Whole Foods and a growing number of boutique fashion retailers.

Sheldon Catarino was Principal in Charge at Kasian Architecture where he led this project through to Construction. With Cumulus Architects Inc. he continued on as Lead Design Advisor throughout the Construction.

Cumulus continues to work on projects within Yorkville Village and have worked on over 6 fit outs and renovations. Most recently we combined two units to open the first Polestar Space in North America.
